            In continuation of this office proceedings 4^th cited, and in view of the information submitted by the Secretary, Zilla Grndhalaya Samstha, Anantapur vide letter 5^th cited, the following modification orders are issued for adjustment of the transfers as requested by the individual:

The transfer orders issued to Sri P. Laxminarayana Gr.I Librarian, B.L., Rayadurg posting him at District Central Library, Anantapur is hereby cancelled and he is reposted in the existing vacancy at Branch Library, Guntakal on request.

Further, the transfer orders issued to Smt.T. Tirupatamma, Gr.I Librarian, Branch Library, Adoni posting her at Branch Library, Rajampeta is hereby cancelled and she is reposted on request in the vacancy arisen at Branch Library, Rayadurg due to transfer of Sri P. Laxminarayana, Gr.I Librarian.

            The Secretaries of the concerned Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas  are requested to take necessary further action in the matter.

Vide reference 1^st cited, the Government have issued orders permitting the Authority Competent to effect transfers of employees under the existing Rules and Regulations until the mid-night of August 15, 2015 in a fair and transparent manner with due consideration for the productivity and efficiency of the employees.

 The Director of Public Libraries, while communicating the said G.O., vide reference 2^nd cited,  have issued instructions to submit the applications / requests of the employees of the District Central Librarians & Ex-officio Secretaries of Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas, Gazetted Librarians of Government Regional Libraries, Gr.I & Gr.II Librarians and Senior Assistants of Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas and Assistant Librarians Gr.I and Gr.II of Government Regional Libraries to the D.P.L., afresh by ‘email’ on or before 5.00 P.M. on 13-08-2015 followed by hard copy in due course, for consideration as per the guidelines issued  in G.O. Ms.No.57 Finance (HR.I) Department Dt: 18-05-2015 and in the consequent G.Os.
