cited, the Government have issued orders
permitting the Authority Competent to effect transfers of employees under the
existing Rules and Regulations until the mid-night of August 15, 2015 in a fair
and transparent manner with due consideration for the productivity and
efficiency of the employees.
The Director of Public Libraries, while
communicating the said G.O., vide reference 2nd cited, have issued instructions to submit the applications / requests of
the employees of the District Central Librarians & Ex-officio Secretaries
of Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas, Gazetted Librarians of Government Regional
Libraries, Gr.I & Gr.II Librarians and Senior Assistants of Zilla
Grandhalaya Samsthas and Assistant Librarians Gr.I and Gr.II of Government
Regional Libraries to the D.P.L., afresh by ‘email’ on or before 5.00 P.M. on
13-08-2015 followed by hard copy in due course, for consideration as per the
guidelines issued in G.O. Ms.No.57 Finance (HR.I)
Department Dt: 18-05-2015 and in the consequent G.Os.
Accordingly, the following Librarians of
Grade I / Deputy Librarians working in
the Zill Grandhalaya Samsthas in Zone II, comprising East Godavari, West
Godavari and Krishna Districts have
requested for their transfers from the present places, who have fulfilled the
conditions prescribed in G.O.
Ms.No.57 Finance (HR.I) Department Dt: 18-05-2015 and in the consequent
G.Os. Considering their request the
following transfers and posting orders are issued.
i.
Sri
P. Papa Rao, Librarian Gr.I, BL, Peddapuram is transferred and posted to DCL., Kakinada of the ZGS, East Godavari.
ii.
Sri
S. Sai Satyanarayana, Deputy Librarian, DCL., Kakinada is transferred and
posted to B.L., Peddapuram of the ZGS, East Godavari.
iii.
Smt.
K. Rama Devi, Librarian Gr.I, BL, Jaggaiahpet is transferred and posted to
B.L., Gudivada of the ZGS, Krishna.
iv.
Sri
K. Naga Raju, Deputy Librarian, DCL., Machilipatnam is transferred and
posted to B.L., Gannavaram of the ZGS, Krishna.
v.
Smt.
V. Rajini, Librarian Gr.I, BL, Avanigadda is transferred and posted to
B.L., Jaggayyapet of ZGS., Krishna.
vi.
Sri
P. Nagaraju, Librarian Gr.I, BL, Gannavaram is transferred and posted to DCL.,
Machilipatnam.
As the
transfer of the above employees are effected on their request, they are not eligible for any TTA or Joining
time. They must report in their transferred new places on or before 15-08-2015,
by relieving themselves and can handover the charge of their present post after
joining in the newly transferred places and then to take charge of the new
post.
The Secretaries of Zilla Grandhalaya
Samsthas East Godavari and Krishna Districts
are requested to make alternative arrangements for their relief and
report duty in the newly posted places
and submit the dates of relief and joining of the above transferees in due
course.
