2. G.O.(P) No.77, Fin(A&L) Deptt., dated:3-4-2006.

3. G.O.(P) No.78, Fin(L) Deptt., dated:3-4-2006.

4. From the DPL., Hyderabad, Lr.Rc.No.99-C2/1999,

dt: 6.9.2008 and 17.9.2011.

ORDER:-

In the reference 4th read above, the Director of Public Libraries

Hyderabad has requested to extend the benefits of House Building Advance

and Marriage Advance to the employees of City Grandhalaya Samstha/Zilla

Grandhalaya Samsthas duly following the provisions contained in G.Os 1st to 3rd

read above subject to meeting the amount from the Zilla Grandhalaya

Samstha funds so that there will be no additional financial burden to the

Government and suggested for Rs.5-00 lakhs towards House Building

Advance and Rs.1-00 lakh towards Marriage Advance each City/Zilla

Grandhalaya Samsthas.

2. Government after careful examination of the above request hereby

extend the benefits of House Building Advance on par with the provisions

contained in G.O.Ms.No.311, Finance & Planning., dt:6-11-1996 read with

G.O.(P) : 77 Fin (A&L) Department, dt:3.4.2006 and Marriage Advance as per

G.O.(P) No:78. Finance Department, dt:3-4-2006 to the employees of City

Grandhalaya Samstha /Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas in the State by meeting the

expenditure from the Cess funds upto Rs.5.00 Lakhs (Rupees five lakhs only)

towards House Building Advance and Rs.1-00 lakh (Rupees One lakh only)

towards Marriage Advance to each City/Zilla Grandhalaya Samstha.

3. These orders shall come into force with immediate effect.

4. The Director of Public Libraries is requested to take immediate

further necessary action.

5. This order issues with the concurrence of Fin(Expr.HE) Department,

vide their U.O.No.1741/128/Expr.HE/11, dated:18-3-2011.
