Read the following:-
1. G.O.Ms.No.43, Finance & Planning
(FW: W&M) Dept.,dated:22.4.2000
2. Lr.No.M2/17836/2009, Dt: 05-10-11 of
the Director of Public Libraries
ORDER:
In the reference 2nd read above the Director of
Public Libraries has brought to the
notice of the Government that the D.T.O,
Hyderabad (U) has lapsed the amount which are
in PD Account of State Central Library,
Hyderabad and requested the Government to treat
“ Library Cess” as under Non-Lapsable “
A-Category” instead of “C-Category” as the
amount in PD Account No:53 of State
Central Library, Hyderabad is public money to be
used for the developmental activities and
part of the amount has to refunded to the deposit
members of State Central Library,
Hyderabad.
Government have examined the issue in
detail and after careful examination of the
matter the following amendment is issued
to the reference 1st cited.

Lapsable Deposits

Non-Lapsable Deposits

M.H.106-Personal Deposits

take action accordingly
